The primary function of the school board at St. Frances Cabrini Academy is to promote the mission and philosophy of the school, ensure the financial stability of the school, develop, oversee, and support the execution of the Strategic Plan.
The School Board consists of a minimum of seven (7), but not more than fifteen (15) members appointed by the Designated Pastor with categorical membership as follows:
- Parishioners from a sponsoring parish.
- Alumni/ parents of alums.
- Leaders within the civic, business, and professional communities.
- Parents of students currently enrolled (not to exceed 25% of total board membership.
Much of the work of the Board is conducted through its committees: Executive, Facilities, Finance, Community Outreach, Academic Excellence, and Mission and Identity.
