Our Story
St. Frances Cabrini Academy is governed by a School Board of limited jurisdiction, with designated authority in matters of strategic planning, financial oversight, advancement programs, formulation of school policies guiding academic, business, and development affairs. The School Board is composed of committed parish and community leaders who bring valuable talents, connections, and resources to the school.
Strategic Plan Summary 2020-2025
St. Frances Cabrini Academy community continuously reflects on important goal areas that are critical to providing a vibrant faith community and an excellent academic program for our students:
Goal 1: Develop a loving environment that is faithful to the Gospel and maintains and enhances the Catholic nature of the school.
Goal 2: Provide an effective and comprehensive curriculum that challenges the students to reach their highest academic potential while preparing them for a successful high school experience.
Goal 3: Enhance communication with school families, supporting parishes, and community partners for the viability of the school.
Goal 4: Improve the physical plant in order to provide safe, innovative and attractive learning spaces for students.
Goal 5: Ensure long term financial stability of the school by maintaining a balanced budget and generating other sources of revenue that could assist in providing additional scholarships and in supporting school programs.
