Strategic Plan

Strategic Plan Summary 2020-2025

In the coming years, the St. Frances Cabrini Academy community will be engaged in addressing important goal areas that are critical to providing a vibrant faith community and an excellent academic program for our students:

Goal 1:  Develop a loving environment that is faithful to the Gospel

To maintain and enhance the Catholic nature of the school. Through the evaluation of our celebrations, and curriculum, as well as increasing and deepening the faith of our teachers.

Goal 2: Provide an effective and comprehensive curriculum

To ensure a curriculum that challenges the students to reach their highest academic potential while preparing them for a successful high school experience.  Ongoing professional development for the teachers that emphasize best practice pedagogy, a more unified curriculum, and the continued use of technology by teachers and students.

Goal 3: Enhance communication within and outside of the school community

Enhancing the relationship between the school and the outside community is critical to the school’s future.  First, increase enrollment by reaching out to new families.  The second group that requires ongoing communication is the seven parishes that currently support the school.

Goal 4: Improve the physical plant

Providing safe, innovative and attractive learning spaces for students is the focus of the fourth goal.  All safety and security procedures and the school’s Safety Plan are to be reviewed annually to ensure that they are compliant with all government and archdiocesan standards and policies.

Goal 5: Ensure the long term financial viability of the school

This final goal is aimed at ensuring that the school continues to maintain a balanced budget and at developing other sources of revenue that could assist in providing additional scholarships and in supporting school programming.
