Years at Cabrini: This is my second year at Cabrini

Teaching Positions: I’ve previously taught music at Most Holy Trinity Catholic School. I’ve also taught music privately for the past five years.

Degrees: I have an Associates degree in Music Technology and am currently finishing my bachelors in music education.

Why do you enjoy teaching at Cabrini? I enjoy teaching at Cabrini because of the students. I’ve never taught in such a diverse setting before or taught students from such diverse ethnic backgrounds. I enjoy witnessing how the students act with one another socially. They are very encouraging, nice to one another and work together well.  I also enjoy teaching at Cabrini because of the feeling I get knowing I imparted something about music in their eyes or when they leave my classroom saying I enjoyed music today!

How would you describe your teaching style and methods? My teaching style and methods are contemporary, yet traditional. Coming from a very structured musical background, I try to implement new ways of learning and communication with students.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
